Are you using Kioti paint or did you find a match? I have a 3054 also.

We had some paint leftover from painting the back of our Bobcat, so we tried that.. It seemed to match the best. But the Chevy orange paint seem to match the loader frame better.. Little strange, that had to use two different paints, but they look good..

Still trying to find a match for the color of the ROPS bar, so I can paint the front canopy supports.. I might just have to take the ROPS off and run down to the paint shop and have them match& mix a couple of can, but trying to avoid that, if possible..

We'll here's some shots of the final finished on the canopy, minus the lighting package. I was able to match the front support bars with a Metallic car paint from a Auto store..

What gage metal did you use for the skin?

Curt, great job. The way you used the same lines of the tractor in making the canopy gives the canopy an OEM look. I bet Kioti wished they sold one that nice.

We used 16 guage on the skin.. Was planning on a lighter gauge like 18, but from talking to the guy we bought the materials from, felt that our welder would burn throw the skin, when we joined the frame and skin..

Even thinking of getting some Kioti decals for the top made from our vinyl sign supplier... For that OEM look /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
