Beautiful scenery.
Don't mean to be critical, but only hopeful to use your pic as an example to help others see where chain trouble can be avoided. Looks like the chains on the rear are not a good fit, and thus need tighteners to remove the slop and the cross chains drop in between the lugs as a result.
Any chance you might be re-making the tire chains for a better fit?
Cross chains look extra long and side chains are too long. Prolly could remove one cross chain in the re-fitting. Am sure they work and get the job done for you.
