How do you like your blower.??

Love the blower, it's a Luck_Now brand made very well and does a great job super easy to change shear pin/bolt guy was moving away from the snow and wanted it gone so I snatched it up at a wapping 650.00

That's a killer deal. I've been looking for a few years, and the best I've found was $900 for a blower that needed some repairs. I still don't have a blower.

Yes they are pricey that is for sure! As with all my equipment I found the right deal at the right time so to speak, other than the 60" Landpride mower ouchhhhh!! :( I have had really good luck searching on craigslist, even if I had to travel a few extra miles!!

I saw skid shoes at Princess Auto for $25, but wasn't so impressed with them. About 6" diameter and almost flat on the bottom, for Western plows. I made mine from 1" round bar and 4.5 inch 3/8 steel disks cupped with a press. Once they start to wear a bit I'll build up the bottom with hardface rod.

We're staying pretty busy here. 50" of snow in the last 48 hours. Probably 5-6 ft since Saturday.

To post a link there are many ways. Usually I will open the page and then right click the 'address' and select 'copy' the simply right click again in the test and select "paste'

I would LOVE to pick up a decent used 7' rear snowblower. We only get that kind of snowfall occassionally, but it's also a good backup weapon should your plow ever break.
