Pillow Shopping

A down pillow can be fluffed and packed up, a foam pillow can never be let down.

I sleep best on my back with no pillow at all, but need a pillow when I toss and turn.

I gave up. Head right on the mattress, Pillows tossed aside. Live free and live wild... :)

We are getting ready to purchase some new pillows for our bed. I HATE pillow shopping. I have had so many different kinds of pillows and none ever seem to fit me. What are you guys/gals using? This is one area where I will spend the money if it is worth it for the right pillow. I know they are expensive like everything else but I value my sleep and how it makes my neck and back feel. Anyone else have issues finding the right pillow?
I see no mention of these in other posts, but I have a house full of "my pillows" - bed pillows, couch/chair,.... Yes, the owner commercials or political affiliation may turn people off, but I had tried everything until these. There is a reason they grew from zero to a large company. The only trick, like every other pillow, is to select the correct fill amount. The website gives you some info depending on your sleep position. Good luck

It's chunked foam rubber bits, the same thing in most other pillows. No different but the extreme overprice.

Well, I live rural and see nothing like the MyPillows in local stores (except this brand). It's been awhile, but the last time I looked in "the big city", there was nothing "the same as in most other pillows". Perhaps, other manufacturers have decided to clone these now.
The solid foam, shredded foam or standard fiber fill are (for me) way too hot to sleep with. At any rate, I offered my specific suggestion.

I gave up and just get Dollar General pillows now. $6 or so and work fine for 4-6 months or so. Toss and rebuy.
I just use box store pillows too, one I use now I've probably had for 7-8 years, still works fine. To me a pillow's a pillow.
Wife is a bit fussier, she likes these weird bean bag ones...they can be hard to find and only last a year or so then go flat.

Hey there! I totally get the struggle of finding the perfect pillow; it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I've been on a quest for the comfiest pillow myself, and after trying a bunch of options, I finally found my go-to. It's like sleeping on a fluffy cloud every night! Though everyone's preferences are different, I recommend considering memory foam pillows—they mold to your shape and provide excellent support. Oh, and if you're interested, there's this website, Anime Body Pillow | Dakimakura Pillow | Free Shipping for Anime Pillows, where you can find some interesting pillow designs.
