Mboulais- Just for informational purposes, the entire British line of IH tractors (those that were built in England) was sold to the Indian company Mahindra. They bought all of the original tooling, and lots of parts, too. That's why, on the first Mahindra tractor model produced, the 1300(?) had a big B-275 cast on the torque tub (Its so wide, it looks like a tub, not a tube), same torque tub as was on the International model B-275. If you don't believe me, google it. I sure hope the get better than those originals were!mboulais said:I don't know where or when Mahindras or british built IH's had a bad reputation. Most people on here seem very pleased with their Mahindra tractors. I know I am, I would buy one again without even looking at the competion's offerings. As far as british buit IH's, I had an international 384. It was a good tractor too.
