Pins and Bushings

   / Pins and Bushings #11
This is a loader bushing on my B21. They all look pretty much the same. The loader pins are all 1", the backhoe pins are 25mm.

Those pins do not rotate so they are locked in with a bolt usually. The wear in the view shown must be in the bore on the end of the cylinder. At least they are say to get onto a drill press to bore out and then press in a bushing matching the pin. Have you pulled the pin to check if wear is on the pin or bore?

Sorry for the confusion. That photo is my B21, not boomologist. I do not have pin or bushing problems. I keep everything greased. I put the picture up because there was some discussion of what a B21 might have for pins/bushings.

Hi,
Thanks for all the replies. Finally found a shop and parts manual and pins & bushings are listed for every pivot point. The dealer wants a list and will order what I need. Some are different diameter and many are longer than others. I plan to remove a few pins to verify wear. Hopefully wear is on bushings.
