Piping a loader to a 784 international tractor

Help required how to connect the flow and return for a front loader, I had it connected to the spool valve but would like to connect to the system, I have been told to connect to the main flow pipe from the mcu by allowing the flow to pass through the loader control block and back to the main supply pipe from the pump to continue to the tractor hydraulics. Any advice would be much appreciated.

It appears that your tractor is an open center hyd system.

Run the pump flow to the IN port of the loader valve, then the OUT/tank flow goes to the back back to continue the flow.

Don't know if your valve ahs PB, and if it does, the PB port will connect to the 3pt, and the OUT/tank port will go to a return line to tank.

I understand the connection but as regards the PB terms for the valve block I am confused by these terms, please advise, thanks for your valued information.

A PB port is used to pass high pressure downstream, and should be used to protect the valve.

Some valves have a PB port for adding to other valves downstream.

If your loader valve only has 6 ports, then you would use the OUT/tank port to feed the 3pt.

If your loader valve has seven ports, then one of them is a PB port and needs a PB adapter to make it PB usable to pass fluid downstream to the 3pt.

I believe all new loader valves have a PB port.
