Pittsburgh Forgings Co. double-bottom plow adjuster?

Newb with old tractor that will be picking up some implements this weekend!
Hoping someone might be able to assist me with a couple things on this plow?
Basically, for my own knowledge, would like to know what the adjustable lower pin arrangement is called? (have seen some on the opposite side)

My assumption it allows for simple (easier?) adjustment from first row (level) to follow-on rows (right-side down in furrow)?
Yes, I'll clean the rust off shares/shins/moldboards before use

It appears the bar with the 3pt pins is in backwards...

The lower 3pt pin is usually on the right to keep the plow more level as the tractor wheel rides in the furrow..
This of course when the plow is laying off dirt to the right..
