nc redneck and Poopdeck Pappy - How are the T1 trailers working out for you? I am very interested in this model. Do they pull nice? Any sway issues? Do you ever wish you had a tandem axle instead?

I like it a lot. I have a tandem axle but rarely use it. My main uses are Kubota B 3200, Honda Pioneer, Man lift and Golf cart . No sway issues at all. Load and unload is the best of any ( many ) trailers I have owned including tandem tilt with 4 foot fixed.

My negatives would be heavy and probably overbuilt also expensive. You get what you pay for.

Appreciate the feedback. You mention the T1 is probably overbuilt and to me that's a good thing. If I pull the trigger on one I will plan on using it 20+ years so cost isn't as big of a deal when I can plan on a long lifespan. I have found prices range anywhere from $3800 to $4600 for the 16' model depending where you look so it definitely pays to shop around.

In Utah, single axle utility trailers don't have to be licensed. That ends up saving lots of money over the trailer's life.

I just bought a new trailer, "heavy" is the main reason I didn't buy a "tilt" trailer... I just didn't like the fact that they are heavier for the same GVW, you pay AGAIN for that, every time you pull it.
