Does anyone have any suggestions on a planter/drill that will work on a 2710. I am not interested in broadcast type seeders. thanks in advance.

Tye makes drills that will work with your tractor. I looked for a website, but didn't have much luck finding one. Ask you local dealer for info about Tye drills.

I forgot that Tye is now a part of the Agco group.

TraderMark, thanks, I have a landscaping co. and we use an old drill that we bought used. I for the life of me can't find anything on it that even gives a hint of what brand it is. Have been looking for a new one to replace it and have had a devil of a time finding one that is large enough to do the job and at the same time small enough to mount on the 2710. This gives me somewhere to start. glen

glen, you may also want to check out the aerivator seeder by first products. I think the site is www.1stproducts.com, I bought a used 60" unit and it is quite an nice machine! hope this helps. MikeF

Glen,Brillion also makes a fine seeder/drill.They have a 5' model that is about perfect for your tractor.This is a 3-point mount.I bought an old pull-type 10' Brillion that I use behind our B2710 to roll in seed after I have broadcast it.Works great,but too big for tight spots.

Landpride also has a variety of models as well but they are expensive.
