plate steel price, heavy duty carryall

The only thing I'm going to change is to lower the 3pt attaching points. I can lower them 8" and get closer to the height of my trailer. This will make things easier.

Raise your carryall floor instead of lowering the hitch points. You might have problems detaching the carryall unless you can always have blocks to set it on.

Build a spacer pallet, or just stack and fasten several regular ones together to try it out.

May not meet your needs, but i use an old pickup hood chained behind the ( tractor, pickup, whatever ) as a sled to move things around. My soil is sandy, and no rocks so it works gine for me!

" Something cheap " .......... Then expect it to last fifty years. I guess bargain hunters come in all shapes and sizes. I would like to see your face when the old cheap tractor breaks down and no parts are available. Classic !

Good point, but by then he'll have tractor fever. I started out 5 years ago with a 72 Jd 110 garden tractor for $500 to mow with. Last summer I put down $25k for a Jd 1026r with all the accessories! I've never bought a car that expensive and my house was purchased for 36k
