Plate to secure QA connectors on FEL?

I thought I saw a pic of a JD FEL that had front QA connectors secured by some sort of small plate that was mounted on the FEL arm, but now cant find it. I'd like to do something like this for my grapple/snow blade, rather than just zip tying them on. Any ideas?

When I made my grapple/snow plow, I just made a plate and fastened it to an existing bolt. I think I copied mine from Kennyd. Search his posts about FEL Snowplow, and I think he has a picture. Jason
