Where you located Recurve? Around here I could show you were to trim 300 bucks off that Hustler with the Honda. And if you got the room you certainly might want to go out to the 42" cut. I didn't have that clearance in my situation... but you might. If your close enough location I can put you onto a dealer that will cut that price off the MSRP anywhere from $300 to $500....

And certainly with a lot of acres you might want to go up to full commercial. So its your call.

( I recently bought 23 acres of flat land. 21 acres are wooded. The rest is taken up by the home and lawn. The lawn contains a lot of obstacles (trees). The woods has manicured trails throughout half of it. )

Consider a Power Trac ! It will cut grass with either a Mower Deck or Brush Cutter, but the real value is having a FEL and many useful attachments! For working in your woods, digging dirt, plowing snow, grinding stumps, digging trenches, digging planting holes, spreading mulch, brush cutting, moving and spreading crushed stone, clearing deadfalls and branches, etc, etc, a Power Trac is hard to beat!!

I have a small lawn and 10 acres of woods, and use my PT-425 less than 5% of the time cutting grass! The rest is spent using the PT to help me with nearly every outdoor job I have!!
