Please help me to make up my mind

Please help me to decide on one of the following 4WD tractors
1. Kubota M4800
2. Kubota M4900
3. Massey Furguson 1455

I will be doing brush cutting and maintenance on about 50 acres and mowing on about 7 of the 50 acres. The packages that I'm looking at will include the loader, cutter and box blade.

I really want to buy the right machine the 1st time and plan to keep the machine for a minimum of 15 years or until it completely wears out, therefore I'm really interested on resale value but in dependability. I will appreciate any suggestions or comment you may have.

The MF 1455 is a solid machine that looks pretty rugged. The Kubotas are good machines but I've never dealt with them. For the price of a 1455, why don't you take a look at the MF 451 as well. Relatively close in price and HP I believe, the 451 is an ag type tractor but it has a Perkins deisel instead of the Iseki in the 1455. The 451 will probably be a little (marginal) larger physical size, so hauling may be a concern, but it would do everything as well as the 1455. Perkins deisels have an awesome reputation in peformance and durability and the resale value of them is good now on old ones so i woudl guess it would stay in 15 years from now.
