Please help with axle leak (leak #3 on the LS)

Had similar problem with the front axle on the Kubota after it got muddy and mud didn’t get washed off right away.

Was planning on tearing it down and replacing the seals.

Not generally a fan of “motor-rebuild-in-a-can” type products but I tried this (2 years ago) and no further leaks/problems since:

ATP Automotive AT-205 Re-Seal

YMMV ...

It should come apart fairly easy - however it痴 awkward dealing with wheel had LK series kioti apart few years back make sure you have tall enough jack to get spindle clear of axle found this out the hard way. Otherwise it痴 straight forward mechanics work if you have good skills. That is major leak for sure.

Got the seal replaced and no leak...so hopefully all is well there.

Went to change the oil and the threaded rod came out with the filter. Every day another issue.

I literally hate this tractor.

Yea I saw it. I had to heat it up with a torch and vice grips.

Got it back in and all is well ( FOR NOW)

Sorry to here about the troubles . A buddy has your same tractor and just did his 50 hr service.Took over an hr and several trips to get different filter wrenches for the large hydro filter. Had it tore up when it finally came off. Even when it started moving it went a full turn before it loosened up at all. Oil filter came right off.
