I have a new b2329 with a la304 loader. The machine has 20 hours on it and I have had the loader on and off at least 10 times. My frustration is this:

When I attempt to reconnect the loader hydraulic line quick connects most of the time all four go on like a dream. At least three times I have had the 'blue' hose (I think this is bucket curl line) will not reconnect no matter what I try. I though there might be system pressure but I cycled the 4 way valve (tractor off) and no go. Funny thing is that the blue female hose will connect to other males and other females will connect to the blue male

I feel dumb. What the heck am I doing wrong????

Your troubleshooting seems flawless. Maybe try leaving all the others disconnected and connect the blue one first? Sometimes the connected lines "tug" on the unconnected ones for me, making it a little tricky to get the valves to seat right when I am jamming them in there. You've probably already tried this though....

Does the blue line not push in all the way and does not seat? Or does it go in all the way and seat, but the knurled coupler thing doesn't lock?

You have to release the pressure that has built up. You can release the pressure by pushing in on the ball in the QD's. On the male QD, just push the ball against a flat surface, and the female QD, a dowel rod and a hammer to tap the dowel rod on the ball to release the pressure.

When attachments are disconnected, the temp difference cause a pressure build up and this if very common.

There are also connect under pressure QD's, a little more expensive.

Some people also make tools to help connect the QD,s

You can try moving the FEL levers to relieve pressure on the tractor side.

Some QD's also connect by pushing on the sleeve of QD, instead of pulling on the sleeve. I have found them easier to connect.

I often have the same issue. Usually I connect the other three lines, then push the remaining coupler on the fitting while I move the FEL lever in all directions. Often have to cycle the FEL lever several times, then it will just pop down on the fitting. Usually works for me, plus no pressurized hydro fluid squirting out making a mess of things.
