Plow Light Problems.

Traced the problem to a defective body control module.
Pulled the relay and put a jumper across the trigger and output. When he replaces the module he can plug the relay back in.

you can throw a diode in line to drop voltage.

Sounds like you have it figured out. I was going to suggest getting an actual harness for a snow plow for that truck and it would be mostly plug and play.

Thats what my BIL should have done. But apparently Im cheaper than a new harness.
