how much plow could a 28 horse tractor pull, would a 3 bottom 14 inch plow be to big. the price is right - free

It would be to big. What you can do on most older bottom plows is take the rear bottom off and move up the rear assembly. Then you would have a plow that your tractor could pull and also have spare parts for later.

Justin,
Don't let that keep you from getting that plow. Even if you had to pay someone to do the modification, it would still be far, far less expensive than buying a new one.
