Polaris Ranger 700XP

Dang didn't know the ranger would bottom out that easily. I use my gator mostly for play but during the fall and winter months it gets a lot of use hauling load after load of wood. In fact I hauled my first load of wood in my HPX of the year yesterday. It wasn't really a full (oversized :D ) load but it was wet wood so I would say it weighed quite a lot. The suspension still had tons of travel and it just smoothed things out a little. Of course the yanmar engine had no troubles with it.

yea the ranger will pull and out run us in the mud but as for as hauling a load . that video is shooting some bull.we are going back to that clay shoot this yaer again and i will have my camera ready this time .last year i wasn't really worried about them hauling loads but this year i'm gonna be takin picturesof them with loads in the rear and we will see what they look like.the worst one for squating is the rhino. but we will let the pictures tell the story.

I have not loaded a known weight into my Ranger, but I have used my JD4310 loader to fill the bed of my Ranger, I mean FILL the bed to the point dirt was rolling off the sides. We would pack the dirt with the loader and put more on. Yes the rear end squatted, but it was no where near bottoming out.

i'm not sayin it can't haul a load . but the video states it can haul more than the hpx and i think that is where they are wronge.if the hpx has anything on the ranger it gonna be hauling abbility.and reliabilty but the ranger pretty much got um beat on everything else..

AS FAR AS TOP SPEED,THERE'S A LITTLE GRADE IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND WITHOUT THE WINDSHEILD I CAN ALMOST HIT 60 MPH, AND THAT THINGS A BEAST IN THE MUD. I USE IT HUNTING ALL THE TIME. BROKE TRACKS IN 18" OF FRESH SNOW THIS PAST WINTER. DIDN'T GO AS GOOD ONCE THE SNOW SETTLED, JUST PACKED UNDER FRAME AND PICKED TIRES OFF GROUND. LOOKING AT GETTING 3" EXTREME LIFT WITH TALLER TIRES FOR MORE GROUND CLEARANCE BUT DON'T KNOW WHAT TIRE TO GET YET
