$4.00 a square foot including 4" base, and using fiber concrete is a fair deal here in Ohio. It is closer to $3/sf here if you have the base in and compacted, ready to pour.

Just completed a pole barn. 17" of stone base to get up to grade of driveway. 6+" of concrete. cut & sealed. Building is 36 x 48 Apprx 32 yards of concrete. Total cost just under $7000. In my area concrete is apprx $88 yd. And labor can vary from $40 to $75 yard. This is about $4.00 sq ft as well but alot more stone & work. I would get another quote.

2 years ago 36 x 50 barn floor with 4' fiber reinforcement over compacted stone was about $4,000 near ft. Smith Arkasnsas. I would say you are getting a good deal.
