Pole barn/vapor barrier/insulation???

My tack room is poured concrete 10x20’ floor, plywood lid and walls. All fully insulated with 2 man doors and 1 window. I installed 2 baseboard heaters and keep it about 65° thru winter. I have never had any issues with leather saddles and harness after many years use. I also store pressure washer and paint sprayer in there so i dont have to worry about freeze damage.

Lowe's delivered most of the stuff early this morning. I'll finish cleaning everything for Monday when the fun begins! So glad I have a nail gun and bunch of 20v Dewalt tools.

That hydraulic cement is good stuff. You do have to work fast so I mix a little (3 handfuls) in bucket, add water and put it down each corregation.
We got lots of snow, and although contractor lives just 1.5 miles away he lost electricity, we didn't so I told him no rush. (He has a generator, I offered mine).
