pole barn

any ideas what a pole barn with labor to put it up cost per sq ft. ? i am in lower mid tn...... any ideas ?? i just need a ball park figure ...not even sure i want to build one .... thanks for the help bruce

We built in Aug 06, 30' x 40' with a 10' slider and standard walk thru door for about 10,000.00 completed. The only thing I paid for was a few bags of cement. So to answer your question, a little over 8.00 per square feet here in Virginia.

That was installed? You didn't lift a finger to build it? They showed up, cleared the area then put the barn up. I'm guessing you have to add another $5000 for a cement floor?

My all metal 24x42 ft barn with 12ft walls, two 10x10 ft roll up doors, one man door and one sliding window cost $16,100 ($16/sf). The 6" thick concrete floor cost $8000 ($8/sf). Was built in June 2005.
