Good evening,
My father in law build a nice pole shed. Gravel floor for now.. What is a good way to build a door support in the middle where the two doors meet when closed, but yet not stick up far and sharp. The doors are 2.5 inches thick.

What type of doors? Sliders? Swingers? Pics are always appreciated.

If you plan on pouring at some point you could go ahead and do the concrete at the door to start without a lot of cost.

For a temporary basis you could put some solid concrete blocks across the whole entry at grade, or just where you need the support at the center... if it's truly temporary you could use PT blocking.

I'd pour the entry if I intended to pour at some later point so I had the entry done right without requiring modification later on... I'm assuming you're using swinging doors... if they're tracks then do the whole run so there's no lip to hit.

support or stop for doors to rest against? If support you can use a spring loaded wheel which will run along with the doors on uneven ground. If its a stop you could termperaryily drive a pipe in the ground and put a slide rod on one door, similar to what you see on double gates gatewheel.jpge.
