Pole saws

I have had a Stihl expandable pole saw for 5 years now and have had no problems at all. I have a Landscape/Yard maint. company and it get used regularly without fail. Extended, it gets heavy but it sure beats dragging a ladder around. Lowes is now carrying an attachment for the Ryobi trimmer for around $100 and it seems to be pretty decent if only occasional use is needed.

Thanks for all the info.. Found that I have a Shindaiwa dealer about 3 miles away. I'll stop in on my way home from work and take a look. I'm leaning towards the Stihl with the expandable pole though. Along with my fruit trees I have several acres of woods so I'm thinking the adjustable pole would come in handy at times.
