We seem to be "cursed" with ending up with absolutly loving dogs and frankly, that's a curse I can deal with.
Rocks... lol I"ll start a thread when I get some pics, but for a teaser? On that thread, I showed some rock obsticles I was placing (with TVA's WRITTEN permission). These dudes in their off road vehicles, will NOT be deterred by rocks of that size, they just punch new holes into woods, or as happened a week ago, there were FOUR dudes, wrestling a single rock, to move it out of their way, so they could pass through. lol I got home, hopped on Brutus & spent 1 minute pushing it back.
Now, the interesitng part is... Someone has been doing some in ground utility work nearby. I called the county to ask about some of the rocks I saw there (that were dug up). Upshot, county said talk to contractor.
Long story short, contractor still needs to get rid of those rocks, TVA has an interest in them, so gave him written permission to dump them where I tell them to. (inside my blockade, after I opened up road for them)
They brought about 6 dumptruck loads full of boulders, some, I'll probably only be able to BARELY push around (and I have a 90hp turbo full sized industrial loader/backhoe) Sooo, I'm SALIVATING for the time/opportunity to start working these rocks into places. Cause on some of the larger ones, there isn't ANY truck I've seen our our way, that will be able to budge it and THAT my friend, is a good thing.
