Stray, I'm getting a 404 error with both of those attachments. Thought I'd mention it in case you are not aware of the situation, although I expect you are.

I'll try again. They may have been working on the site last night when I tried to post the attachment

I notice that you have installed a lever on the left side of the steering wheel, looks like it is linked across the steering column to where the lever would be for the quick attach circuit.

I thought I have pretty much read all the threads on this board, and haven't run across a discussion of this mod before; the only ones I have found about adding or modifying hydrualic circuits were the ones for the electric selector on the joystick. I stalked you through your past posts and found the picture above, but didn't find a discussion of how you made your mod.

Any of the parts stock, or is it pretty much home-made (I am guessing you are pretty handy with the stinger based on the ROPS and pond rake in the picture).

Looks like a pretty good idea, since the quick attach lever is definitely one of the features I like least about my PT; it is a royal PIA to use it to curl the minihoe or operate the 4N1 bucket.

I think I would just as soon run another manual hydraulic circuit for those accessories (minimize the number of connections/disconnections done when changing attachments). Unfortunately, not being handy with the stinger, such a mod is probably a bit ambitious for me, and I will probably have to go with the electric selector valve idea.

EDIT: never mind, I found the thread with the discussion of the mod: aux circuit handle mod thread

Makat did that before I bought it from him. I think he has become some what famous for this modification. Simple but it has been very efective!!!! You can tell that it was not my idea or that stray didn't do it? Guess! HOW can you tell that stray didn't do it???

ans: Because It is not RED

Nice job on the pond rake. That is one cool unit. I can see how it would work well for your area. What a bummer I can't view the pictures from work anymore. I'll have to check out the pic's at home tonight.

Thanks Schultz. I still have the other pond rake I made like yours. I plan to use it to drag through if weeds are father out in the ponds. I may extend the teeth on it as I have made a hook to lift it out of the ponds with the pt. This hook fits where the knuckle unbolts on the knuckled pond rake. I'll post a few more pics of this rake.
