Posted prev, however bit confused, I thought that once scoop was levelved to change the tilt of the scoop all you had to do was either tighten or loosen the half inch bolt that is threaded through the scoop to the frame sort of like a stop.can be titled as much as two inches. Let me know if I am wrong. [/list]

That bolt is to adjust the latch to restore properly, "set it and forget it", as they say on TV. You adjust the pitch of the scoop with the top link.
