Pond/Water Garden Project

Going at it from the other direction. This seemed a lot steeper then what it looks in the picture. Almost seemed like I had the tractor standing on its nose. I'm not sure when she snapped the picture though as maybe I still had the front of the tractor pushed up with the loader.

Coming up out from the other side. I think I went down in a couple of more times after this shot. The last time the tractor had a little bit of trouble trying to climb out. It was getting deeper and steeper. Had to get a little bit of a run and it still spun a little bit coming up

Another shot of the pond. All-in-all not bad for an afternoon's work. Still have a lot more work to go, but we are pretty happy with the results so far.

While it was filling, Monica decided she was going to try to spread some dirt out around for the flowers that she plans to move here from her once dreamed about butterfly garden. This will now be that area. She started out a bit rough with the loader, but by the end she was doing OK. Thought we were going to have to put some dirt back in the scoop for weight. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
