I believe based on your motor and PT PTO press/flow:
(175 in-lbs * 3400 rpm)/63025 = 9.44 hydraulic horsepower
Hydraulic horsepower is different (ie: more useful work output) than a gasoline engine horsepower rating because of the torque curve.
