posts for last hours

i dont get any current posts if i go the last xx hrs down.

does any one else have same problem ?

they are always 3 or 4 day ago?

I use Posts in last 12 hours and it's full of posts, or am I misunderstanding your question?

Check your Internet Options that your browser checks for updates each time you visit a webpage instead of automatically.

it did it today too past 30 minuets all were dated 6-14?

You don't want AUTO, you want to check for updates on each page visit.

i found that i have to hit refresh in explorer to bring current and then they all work with refresh
is there a way so i dont have to hit refresh?

i was looking at wrong box it was in tempoary internernet files window- settings- top box

Yes, set your Internet Settings to check for newer versions of stored pages on EVERY visit to the page.
