How do I move a thread to a different post

I am not 100% sure what your asking, but generally only a moderator can move or re-title posts/threads. You can click the small triangle with the ! in it (lower left corner of the post) to notify one.

Some moderators have seen this post, but don't understand the question. What is wanted?
