He did mumble something about carrying around a broken off piece of 4 X 6, but I wasn't following his rant. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Hi Mopower,

I had my barn floor done by a concrete crew and they used concrete buggies that were rented from a local concrete company. That allowed them to pour the floor through my 10x10 overhead door. They would go out to the truck, bring a load in the barn, dump it, and return to the truck for the next load. I wanted to drive one of the buggies, but they said no, it was an insurance issue. I think they were having too much fun and didn't want to share. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I can't give you prices on the buggie rental as it was all figured into the job. I have a picture attached of them in mid operation.
Good luck with the posts.

Hi Gerard,
Rather than hi-jack Mopower440's thread, I started a new one called Bubba's Basic Barn. I have several pictures of the constuction and it's current use. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Good luck. Stay away from the neighbor. I hear he's got an explosive personality. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

got one side of the roof completed today, got off to a slow start, we brought up 2sheets of the metal and 'thought' i had them squared up to the fascia board along the eave, but then each one we put up after those 2 wanted to not be square, so i got a little cutting at the eave to do..hope the other side does better for me next weekend. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

How far off are they? Sounds to me like something is not square. You shouldn't have to trim anything.

about 1/4" off, i layed 2 sheets up there at first and got them to where there was 1 3/4" of the metal overhanging the eave fascia board on the start of the first metal panel and the end of the second metal panel, then i screwed them down, and after i layed the next few up there, there started to be less and less overhanging metal, about 1/4", no big deal, you cant tell it by looking up at it, but i would like to not have to deal with that on the other side so i can just put them up and screw them down and not worry with it.
