When you have to hit a funnel through the steering wheel they'll pay for themselves the first use. MF 255 fills transmission by the gear shift between your legs. A 5 gallon can just doesn't fit in there. So you use a big funnel and pour through steering wheel or one of these cans.

Lay the pail down, overhanging edge a little on a flat surface - Spout and handle up - Remove cap. Roll pail til it pours, adjusting by roll angle.
