PB ports are usually on the side of the valve.

Show some more pics of the side where the OUT port is.

How many hose are on the FEL valve now?

1st pic is the north,2nd is south,3rd is west and 4th is east. The close up is west side the line coming out goes to the rear lift. I believe that the hex plug you see is the power beyond but I'm not sure.

So you want to do this with all after market stuff? :confused3: The OEM units are very reasonably priced IMO. ;)

Where is the banjo line from T1 going?

The other port with the banjo fitting, where is it going.

You can test the OUT and PB ports like this.

The OUT port will only have flow when a cyl is moving.

The PB line will have fluid flowing all the time except when the cyl are using all the pump flow.

You may have PB installed, and if so, just add your new remote is series with the 3pt input.

If you are going to do T-N-T, you might want float on one or more spools.

Hey guys,
Seems I have bad luck. Get the parts ready for project and injector pump goes out! Have had it rebuilt once already in less than a year, warranty man says it bad fuel that can tell by looking. It's getting fixed at the moment. Question is it's been less than 40 hrs since last rebuild. I run same fuel in my truck what can I do to keep this from being a problem over and over? Ck30 hst 2007 model with 400 hrs on it. Should be back I service by weekend thanks again for the help. I'll still let y'all know how the project turns out.

Bama,

Do you know how your IP failed (i.e., what broke)? One frequent failure mode is broken gear teeth. If that's the case with yours, fuel was not a factor. These teeth are lubricated by engine oil, not fuel. Fuel is the lubricant between the plungers and sleeves but wear in that area would limit the pump's ability to develop pressure, which shouldn't be a sudden failure. It's possible you gad a gear failure both times but on different gears. Here's a link to some of the IP issues I've extracted from this forum:

http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kioti-owning-operating/296793-kioti-ip-repair-option.html

The fact you can get the OP repaired is a good deal $$ wise vs having to but a new IP from Kioti.

Ritch,
I will know more Friday, I'll post what they tell me then. The info I have so far is that it's some thing to do with the (not sure right name) cam follower or the governor. I believe that's the problem.

Hello, ( sorry so long a post )
Here's the update on the injector fix:
Repair man said that bad fuel caused it to happen that the fuel gelled. His injector man would not warranty took to another injector shop and fixed it for 250.00. First shop wanted 800.00 to rebuild. I was at work when he came and fixed it today he said (I) broke the fuel return line and he by passed it so I could run it till (I) got the part and he would come and put it on for me. Now here's the problem or question I have about this. I was there when he first checked it almost over a month ago.he called me a few days after he had taken the pump out and said it was under warranty I had just picked it up 16th of Jan. 2013. He had had it since Nov. of 2012. That bill was $700. Now today and 460.00 later and another $50.00 part I'm worried that it will hurt to run with that by passed this way. New part will be here 19th of dec. should I fix it or pay him. I was at work when he fixed it and wife paid him and he left said for me to call I called he said (I) broke it he didn't that's that. But he took the pump off ant that funny. If it was broken the day he took the part I feel when he started the motor that day we would have seen the leak. I'm i wrong with that thought.

Also spoke with kioti (main place in South Carolina) he said that fuel gels there when the tractor is not ran enough he said that that's the problem most times. The tractor was in use when it would not crank and had been used all that day and regular before. I use it at least one to two time a week. Kioti man said that fuel was more than likely not bad. Can fuel go bad while tractor is in use? No water or anything at time! As a matter a fact I thought plan was to drain tank and replace with new fuel. But I was at work and he started it up with the fuel that's been in it when it went down. I'm not a genius but if the fuel was bad would he not replace what's in the tank. Sorry just venting I feel like I've been had.:(

Bama, Your story confuses me. Too many repair guys doing too many different things at different times that I can't keep straight. But it sounds like BS to me.

Diesel gels when it gets too cold. Dealers blend their fuel for the season but left-over summer fuel may gel during cold weather. This gelling is actually wax crystals that form in the fuel when it gets too cold. Gelled fuel typically clogs the fuel filter and causes fuel starvation so the engine stops running. I have not heard of cases of IP damage from gelled fuel. Was it exceedingly cold when the engine quit?

That's a negative on the cold it's been mid 80-low 60's this year. The repairs where by same man each time. I called kioti after man told me the issue. Man had shop repair injector 1st time took it back to same shop would not fix wanted to charge me. So he says he took it to another shop and they fixed it for 250.00. Said both shops said bad fuel. Sorry so confusing of a story I'm just as puzzled.
