I have the power flow bagger on my x749 using the MC519 cart, the belt drive is very simple and quick to attach, maybe a minute to hang the blower on and hook up the belt. Installation isn't an issue for the powerflow section.
I like the 300R except for having the k46 tranny, like the fact that nothing is protruding out from either side of the deck and also like the short path for clippings. I bag about half the time and add the clippings to a large compost pile. When cooked down the compost will be redistributed on the lawn areas so not much being lost.
