yeah for some reason the auto-focus did not work very well on a couple of those, but it is the standard 2 prong connector like a 4 prong trailer connector, with the ground the exposed connector and the positive encased in rubber and there is a tethered plug of rubber to plug into it to make it water resistant.

Thanks James, I am going to install the power point plug in the right side of the machine just below the lided storage compartment.Any idea as to what to use for drilling that hole without destroying the panel?

I dunno.. but my lidded storage compartment is on the machines left side and is made out of some kind of hard plastic,, I suppose maybe ABS or something, I have never tried to drill it. But if I had to drill it, I would probably try a step bit and not push too hard. Are you thinking about putting in a female cigarette lighter plug?

Yes, a plug so I can use a lot of accessories like my sprayer and spot light. My draft and positioning controls are on my right.
