I am wondering how you operate the direction changes with a Power Reverser. What I really mean is, is there a neutral position so a person can pause between directions? I'd think I might want to adjust the fel bucket or something before I wanted to back up. I have used dedicated (Case and such) TLBs with shuttle-shift and they had the ability to pause in neutral.

Anyone?

There is indeed a neutral position on the power-reverser, as well as a FWD, REV, and a PARK. Mine has the left hand reverser, so that I can keep my right hand on the loader joystick. I think that the power-reverser is the next best thing to a hydro in terms of convenience. To switch from forward to reverse, I simply flip the lever down. To go from reverse to forward, I just flip the lever up. Also do not forget the other good thing that the power-reverser buys you is a self adjusting wet clutch.
