Oil & Fuel Power Service fuel conditioner

The only power serice I can find here in New Jersey is power service disel kleen+ cetane boost with slickdiesel.
Part #3041 the 96 oz size . Is this okay to use?

Now heres a good chance for someone to create a packaging scheme for CUT's. Think of how convienent it would be if you could purchase diesel conditioner in say a 3 oz. container. One shot to a 5 gallon container.

I use those 2.6 oz. containers of 2 cycle oil for the chainsaw and throw them away, I think it's time to save a few and fill them with conditioner.

Yes it is Ok to use if you are wanting to add cetane and clean your engine. Diesel Kleen
If you are wanting to winterize your fuel you need This
I find it at Walmart and about every auto parts store in my area.

Birdman Thanks here in NJ I cant seem to find it, only walmart carries diesel kleen , Pep boys , auto zone and advance auto dont have any power service product.

Try a heavy equipment or truck parts store, if you can locate one in your area, or even a TSC. They should have the PS or an equivalent. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Whenever I change out the fuel filters, I fill the entire fuel bowl with PowerService and run it straight into the engine, after all, 98% of its liquid constituents are #2 Diesel Fuel with 1% straight chain fatty acids and 1% 2-ethylhexyl nitrate.

I would prefer that they market a large package that uses the little measuring dispenser like Sta-bil does. The next empty Sta-bil bottle I have is going to be relabeled and filled with Power Service so I don't have guess as much about the ratio.

That's exactly what I've done with my old 32oz. Sta-bil container. Relabelled and refilled with PS fuel supplement. It has 1/4,1/2,3/4, & 1oz. increments making it easy to measure the oz. needed for my tractor and truck.
