Power Service & water seperating filters?

DFA- Diesel Fuel additive. This is essential in the new High pressure Diesels like the Duramax and the HO Cummings that run the fuel systems at 30,000 + PSI. Probably less critical on the tractor but water is a bad deal in any diesel fuel. FPPF is the brand and you should be able to do a net search for their web site. Also Primrose or Standyne. Most of theese have to be mail ordered and I still find them VERY cost effective. Most of the off the shelf stuff is achol or kerosine based or so I have been told by a couple of fuel experts.

Dave, the Powerservice web site specifically states that their Diesel Fuel Supplement +Cetane Boost does not contain alcohol so I am not sure why they wouldn't tell you this.

That is interesting that they have added that to their site. when I emailed them all they would say was the contents are a trade secret and would not answer about the alcahol. Either way to me its not the best product if it neither emulsifys or de emulsifys water. Thats the primary reason along with anti gelling that I use a DFA. If its just for cetane boost there are much better products. I did use Power Service for a while and its easy to get but not much cheaper than the others.
