Sorry if I have caused confusion with my reply. I am not familiar with the
bx2200 steering at all and made an assumption based on my own problem with the
L5030 which sounds much like the one you are having. If your
bx2200 does not have an actual hydraulic cylinder that extends left and right to turn the tractor, then please disregard my post. I looked for pictures of the
bx2200 but could not tell from the ones I found if a cylinder was present or not. If it is there it is just a hydraulic cylinder that extends both left and right to turn the front wheels in the direction you want them to go. The cylinder on my
L5030 is located between the tie rods which are connected to the cylinder. Your tractor may be entirely different in the way the steering is controlled.
