i have no need to fly it 10 miles away. heck, the hawks would nail it. seems like every time i fly it the birds chase it.

Nor do I actually. FAA Drone regs say line of visual sight and I stick with that. Besides, considering what it cost, I don't need a fly away. Same with ceiling. FAA regs are 400 feet above the take off point. I'm good with that too even though the Autel can go above the cloud deck.

I fly mine with a Samsung Tablet coupled to the controller and I use a Thor harness to carry everything.

Lots of small airports around here so the geo fencing can be a PITA for me, why I don't like it.
