There are probono as well as legal aid legal services in some areas for people with reduced income.

The quality and expense of legal services varies a lot depending upon the particular lawyer, your adversary and the facts of your case. Even with an easy case, a determined adversary can run up your legal fees with a lot of hooey.

Lets say your easement problem is that one of the people using the easement is damaging the property. I would not expect to pay if I asked the lawyer what can be done about the problem. If the lawyer has to send out a letter or some such then you would have to pay but I would not expect to pay much for that service. Dan

That's a big part of the what's been occurring and will give me a place to start. I should of thought of that myself. KK

AARP shows an Attorney in my Zip Code not too far from the Scene to contact. So I'm hoping he's reasonable. I'll see how it goes?? Thanks - KK

When we need a lawyer we ask people we know and trust if they can recommend a lawyer. Or we go to a lawyer we have used for real estate transactions. If that lawyer cannot help we ask them for a recommendation.
