Prepping a finish mower to sell ...

I've got a Woods RM 59 that came along with my tractor and I'm thinking of selling it.

If you were in the market for a finish mower, what would you want to see or know? Also, any idea on price? I see everything from $200 to $600.

I have an RM59, and a 48" RFM,, I should sell both,,

I see them move on CL for $350,, but, set forever at $450,,,

That's what I said earlier about the prep work. If it's done well, it's something I don't have to concern myself with.

I certainly would not sharpen blades or buy anything for it like a belt. Sounds like people say more, what they would like to see when buying it, than the best approach to get rid of the thing for the best buck.

It's just me, but the thing I hate the worst, is an aftermarket seat.

Hey thanks all for the input. I'll plan on sharpening the blades and leave it hooked up so someone can see it function. Will start at $500 and go down from there.

Cheers, I appreciate the replies!
