It looked brand new like it came off someones lot.
Also saw a Deere 4x4 110 TLB go for $17XXX and it looked fairly new.

Well, except for those of us with cracked loaders who haven't heard a peep from Kioti about when they plan to roll out the repair program.

I didn't say they have not happened. You said it was a fine loader in the earlier post and now seem upset yours is cracked. My dealer told me he had not had any repairs or seen any cracks on the Kioti loader when I asked about getting a different loader.

I think it is a fine loader and is now even better as they have corrected a relatively minor design flaw that leads to progressive hairline cracks at the corners of the inspection plate on the torque tube.

My "upset" is related to the shoddy communication job Kioti has done regarding the promised repair program for existing loaders with cracks. It has been close to a year now since this problem was brought to Kioti's attention (see Highbeam posts starting Feb06) and it has been over six months since the first and only official update from Kioti to dealers about this problem. Obviously they have had time to reengineer the loader and manufacture the new style loader torque tubes. They just don't seem to give a cr?p about keeping either dealers or customers informed about delays or repair program details. Rumor has it that they are having production problems with the repair kits in Korea...that is no great shock but it is also no excuse for not keeping their customers/dealers up to date. One communication (a one or two paragraph fax to dealers last ?April) is all that Kioti corporate has seen fit to provide. Their corporate customer service/communication is certainly not "running ahead of the pack".:(

By the way, I don't believe the statements some dealers are making that "I've never seen a cracked loader". That is possibly literally true but only because they've never removed an inspection cover to check. When this issue came up last year, a number of TBN Kioti owners reported in after actually checking under the plate, about 20% reported cracks, almost none of which could be seen without removing the inspection plate. My loader was cracked after 75hrs of engine time (first time I checked). The cracks on my loader have all extended over the next approx 50hrs or so.
