Price Check Price check on L4030HSTC

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and I'm very impressed w/ the discussions and tech info that is exchanged. I'm a life -long HST compact tractor owner. started
20+yrs ago w/ my first set of "training wheels", a 1710 HST 4WD Ford w/ FEL, upgraded 6 yrs ago to Orange w/ a L3010HST 4WD w/ FEL. Just sold that machine this past week and ordered a new L4030HSTC 4WD w/ FEL and HD quick-attach bucket, CD/radio, and liquid filled turf tires (I'm getting too old to plow snow out there in the cold). Expecting delivery @ the end of the month. I'm paying $27,500. Is that a reasonable price?

I'm not aware of a L4030. Could it be an L4330 or a L3830 or a L3940 or a L4240? There is also an L5030! Please clarify.

Welcome to the site Andover Farmer. That sounds like the price you might be paying for a 4330. I'm with you on the cab deal, I was contemplating a backhoe and my wife thought a cab would be more practical.

Could it be this one of the new models. I heard about a new series at the Denver Stock Show a couple of weeks ago. I was looking at a 3030 and the salesman told me to call him in February to look at the new models,

I also have a L4330HSTC and the price you quoted is in the ballpark.
It is an excellent machine and I wish you the best with your new "buddy"!

Should you have any questions specifice to the L4330HSTC...I'll either provide an answer or make up an interesting whopper!!
