Thanks Jason. How does the 33DA differ from the 33D? Maybe I should hold off until the newer models and loaders come out? Then again, I'm probably getting a better price on the current model 33D.

It looks like mainley cosmetic changes but because they are telling the dealers that the 7308 loader will not fit that means there are changes to the mounting holes around the engine/transmission area. Sames 91.3 cid engine, three point lift capacity, hydraulic capacity, steering pump, etc. The loader is completely different. It is shaped like the 16LA no longer has the elbow design of the 7308 which is to give better strength in the arms and protect against cracking down the road.

Whatever you decide, make SURE to check with Corrihers before you buy. I wanted to deal locally, because I always try to give my local dealers business. But I had to buy from Corrihers because of a 3,500.00 difference in price. That amount justifies buying out of state to me. Not to mention I didnt have to pay sales tax. I even called my local dealer back and told him that if he could get within 500.00 of the price, I would buy from him. He said he couldnt budge. Good luck!

Dont forget the heavier front axle and better lifting capacity of the 14la.

Its true that buying out of state or over the internet will save the sales tax ($1600 in my case) but there is alot to be said about local dealer support. When I break down in the field, I doubt that the local dealer will enthusiastically respond if I bought the tractor in North Carolina!

Does anyone know what the new lifting capacity will be on the 14LA?

Here is what I've been told although I'm not quite sure what is considered the "pivot point".

The lift capacity is 1250 Lbs at the pivot point
and 875 Lbs at 19.7 inches out from the pivot point.

Pivot point or the lower pin on the bucket.
Most loaders give this spec to compare apples to apples.
The farther out the less lift capacity.
The 7308 lists 875 - 1020# at pin, depending on tractor model it is on.

You think NH would have pushed it up a little more just so they could claim a higher lift capacity than the JD 430 FEL (1261 lbs) or Kubota LA513 FEL (1345 lbs).

( I finally decided on the NH TC33D over the JD 4310.)

I'm curious why you decided on the NH TC33D over the JD 4310?
