I'd still snag it if at all possible. You'll put it to good use. $6K is not a bad price.

Has the CFO every seen the utility of a backhoe?
You need to explain what you can do with it when you get it.
With 36 acres you got plenty of potential use for it.
If nothing else it won't decline in value very quickly if you keep it covered.

And it's so much fun when you get it fully extended.
