I bought a TC29D model with supersteer and paid just a tad bit under 15k for it brand new. The leaking hydro hose is not an issue I would be worried about. New Holland had a hose problem on the oil cooler. The two hoses run around eight bucks and you have 30 minutes labor. The toplink is not a big issue either. You can add a loader it will run you about 3-4 grand. But I don't think I would offer around 8k and see what happens. Now again area has a lot to do with priciing.
