Yeah, I decided it was a (perfect) tool for much of what we'd need, and about 1/2 the price of a brush hog that would only get used once to get the larger brush/vegetation off.
The MMM was on, but I've mowed this previously, there isn't anything that hairy under the long long weeds. (4th picture down)
The goal will be to rip out those large bushes/saplings/thorn bushes, and then mow with the mower locked in 'top' position, I'll likely drag the debris to a pile and burn when all said and done. After that, the back yard (for now) will be maintained mowing in a high high position, and the front yard will be 100% tilled and smoothed, and seeded (someday).
