Price for a 2016 Ck2610 with FEL and bolt-on forks?

Howdy folks,

What is a fair price for a 2016 CK2610 with FEL and pallet forks? Tractor has about 160 hours. Helping a friend establish a price for his Kioti.

You can find a new one on tractorhouse.com for $19,800 so he may want to list it around $16,000. I would try to get $15,000 bottom dollar for it. But depending on how bad/quick he needs to sell it may need to get into low teens.

Best price I see on Tractorhouse is about $22,000 for a new one. Didn't see any used ones for sale there, but my internet has been spotty and I need to spend more time searching.

Oh, his tractor is a HST and also has rear tires filled with beat juice.
